Terms of Service
Perry Venue | Perry, Iowa
Effective Date: October 17, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Perry Venue. By accessing or using PerryVenue.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
These terms govern use of the website, submission of inquiries, reservation requests, and related online services. Actual venue rentals are additionally governed by the separate Perry Venue Rental Agreement.
2. About Perry Venue
Perry Venue is an event rental facility in Perry, Iowa, providing space for private gatherings, celebrations, community events, meetings, and other approved activities.
Our website provides information about the facility, amenities, availability, rental inquiries, promotions, and upcoming events.
3. Acceptable Website Use
Visitors agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly.
Visitors may not:
- Submit intentionally false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt unauthorized access to administrative accounts, booking records, or other restricted systems.
- Interfere with website security or functionality.
- Upload or transmit malicious software or harmful content.
- Use the website to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
- Collect personal information about other users without authorization.
Perry Venue may restrict access or take other appropriate action to protect the website, its customers, and its operations.
4. Inquiries and Reservation Approval
Submitting an inquiry or requesting a reservation does not automatically secure an event date.
All reservation requests are subject to review and approval by authorized Perry Venue personnel.
The date on which Perry Venue communicates written approval of a reservation is the Reservation Approval Date (Day 0).
The date an inquiry was originally submitted does not determine payment deadlines.
An approved reservation remains provisional until the required deposit is received and the Rental Agreement is completed.
5. Rental Rates and Security Deposits
Unless otherwise specified in an approved written quotation or Rental Agreement, the standard rental charges are:
- Venue rental fee: $399
- Refundable security deposit: $200
- Total initial charges: $599
The security deposit is separate from the rental fee and is refundable according to the conditions of the Rental Agreement.
Special promotions, discounted rates, or individually negotiated rental arrangements may have different charges when approved in writing.
6. Payment Deadlines
For standard reservations:
Security Deposit — Due Within 7 Calendar Days
The required security deposit must be received within seven (7) calendar days following the Reservation Approval Date.
Venue Rental Fee — Due Within 14 Calendar Days
The full venue rental fee must be received within fourteen (14) calendar days following the Reservation Approval Date.
These deadlines are calculated from the date Perry Venue approves the reservation, not from the date the inquiry was submitted or the date the deposit was paid.
Reservations Made Less Than 14 Days Before the Event
When a reservation is approved fewer than fourteen (14) calendar days before the scheduled event, the full rental fee and security deposit are due upon approval.
Required Payment Before Venue Access
All rental charges and required deposits must be paid in full before the renter is permitted to access the venue for the scheduled event.
Perry Venue may approve alternative payment arrangements in writing.
7. Missed Payments and Reservation Cancellation
Failure to pay the security deposit by its deadline may result in cancellation of the provisional reservation and release of the requested event date.
Failure to pay the rental fee by its deadline may also result in cancellation after Perry Venue provides written notice and an opportunity to resolve the outstanding payment.
Any deposit already received will be handled according to the applicable Rental Agreement and governing law.
A missed payment does not automatically mean that a refundable security deposit is forfeited.
Perry Venue may extend a payment deadline or approve a different arrangement in writing at its discretion.
8. Payment Methods and Future Online Payments
PerryVenue.com does not currently accept or process online payments.
Rental payments and deposits are arranged directly with authorized Perry Venue personnel through approved payment methods.
Perry Venue may introduce secure online payment processing in the future.
If online payment functionality becomes available, additional payment-processing terms and privacy disclosures may apply. Customers will be informed of applicable payment requirements before completing an online transaction.
9. Rental Agreement and Venue Responsibilities
Every rental is subject to the applicable Perry Venue Rental Agreement.
The Rental Agreement establishes the specific conditions for the event, including:
- Event date and rental hours.
- Rental fees and security deposit.
- Cancellation and refund conditions.
- Occupancy limits and safety requirements.
- Cleaning and property damage responsibilities.
- Alcohol-related rules and applicable licensing requirements.
- Permitted activities and venue restrictions.
- Other event-specific conditions.
If a provision of these website Terms conflicts with a signed Rental Agreement concerning a particular rental, the signed Rental Agreement controls, subject to applicable law.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation requests should be communicated directly to Perry Venue as soon as possible.
Refund eligibility, cancellation deadlines, security deposit deductions, and other financial consequences are determined by the applicable Rental Agreement and governing law.
The refundable security deposit is not automatically a cancellation fee.
11. Venue Information and Availability
Perry Venue makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information regarding amenities, pricing, availability, promotions, and services.
However, website information may change or contain occasional errors.
A displayed date, price, or promotional offer does not constitute a guaranteed reservation until approved and confirmed under the applicable booking requirements.
12. Promotions, Contests, and Community Events
Perry Venue may organize or advertise special events, contests, giveaways, and community activities.
Such activities may be governed by additional published rules, age restrictions, eligibility requirements, or event-specific conditions.
Participation in a promotional activity does not guarantee a prize, rental discount, or reservation unless expressly stated.
13. Intellectual Property
